Lots of people have misconceptions about Dubai. Some of the questions I've been asked include whether or not I know any terrorists, if I ever hear bombs going off at night, and if I ride a camel around as my main mode of transportation. After a while, the ignorance gets frustrating and my brother and I have made a game out of confusing people with our answers. So far, we've tried to convince people that we do, indeed, know terrorists, or that we live in a palace, or that we drink camel milk instead of cow's milk. All of these ideas were taken as extreme, obviously false scenarios because none of the above are possible. As it turns out, camel milk IS available here, and it's right next to the cow's milk. Oops.
