I love bread. Throughout my recent discovery of my many food allergies, one that I was very afraid of having was gluten intolerance. Luckily, as far as I know, that's not a possibility right now. And that's good, because I love eating bread. I really like this set up, because it casually displays tons of rolls. It's not an arrangement I've seen in the US, mostly because of health/security issues. Somebody could sneeze on/ steal/ otherwise ruin the bread.
