Today, I went to Dubai International Academy for more testing. This time, I took three SAT subject tests: Spanish with Listening, Math 2, and Biology E. It was kind of a fiasco. For Spanish, I needed to bring in a CD player for the auditory questions. I couldn't find one, and no one sells them in stores anymore. So I get to the school, explain my situation and I'm told that I'll probably have to cancel that test. However, within 20 minutes, other kids also need CD players so the teachers agree to lend us all a few, breaking some SAT testing rules, I'm sure. The tests were long and tedious, and now I see why teenagers are so cranky. I would be too, if I had to get up early and do tests and work. I'm just tired now, and here's our living room light fixture.
